The fruits of the Spirit written in different colors on a notebook with a few cherries to the right

Dear Lighthouse Family,

As we continue on our journey together, we are reminded of the power and strength that comes from the Holy Spirit working within us. While Pastor Eric has taken some time for needed medical care, we know that God’s love and healing hand is upon him, just as His Spirit moves in and through each of us. In this season, let us lift up Pastor Eric in prayer and trust in God’s perfect plan for him and for our church family. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Gary Miley for graciously stepping in and leading us in worship while Pastor Eric has been away. His leadership has been a true blessing to us all.

Pastor Eric has been sharing with us the fruits of the Spirit, from Galatians 5:22-23, encouraging us to let our lives bear witness to the love, joy, peace, and faithfulness we are gifted through the Spirit. Though he has been away from the pulpit, his message continues to live in our hearts. Let us carry that light forward, as Jesus said, "No one lights a lamp and puts it in a place where it will be hidden... Instead, they put it on its stand, so that those who come in may see the light" (Luke 11:33). Even in times of uncertainty, we can still be beacons of hope for one another.

Let us continue to support one another as a church family and hold fast to our mission as a community. Remember, we are not alone—our path to holiness is one we walk together. Let’s invite others to join us in faith and fellowship as we continue to grow in spirit and in number, united in Christ’s love.

May we shine brightly, lifting one another up in prayer and thanksgiving.

God Bless
